Terms of Service

By creating an account, purchasing a resource, or booking a lesson through csexamready.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you're under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree on your behalf and is responsible for any purchase made.

1. What we offer

• Digital study resources — unit presentations and question banks, currently available for the IB Diploma Computer Science curriculum, sold individually, as a unit bundle, or as an all-inclusive bundle. (Other curricula are shown on the Site as "Coming soon.")
• Live tutoring lessons — one-on-one sessions booked via our Cal.com pages and held over Google Meet.

2. Accounts

You need an account to purchase and access digital resources. You're responsible for keeping your login confidential and for activity under your account. Please sign up with accurate information.

3. Resource access & license

• Buying a resource grants you a personal, non-transferable license to view it for 1 year from your purchase date, for your own study only.
• You may not copy, screenshot for distribution, share, resell, or otherwise redistribute any resource, in whole or in part. We deliver content through secure, watermarked links, and may suspend access for anyone found sharing purchased materials.
• Bundle purchases (a unit bundle or the all-resource bundle) grant access to everything included, for the same 1-year period.
• Access ends automatically at the end of your access period; continuing access requires a new purchase.

4. Payments

• Resource payments are processed securely by Stripe — we never see or store your full card details.
• Lesson payments are processed separately through Cal.com's own payment system at the time of booking.
• All prices are shown in USD and may change at any time; you pay the price shown at checkout.

6. Testimonials

If you submit a testimonial, you confirm it's your own honest opinion and give us permission to publish your name and testimonial text on the Site. We review testimonials before publishing and will remove yours on request.

7. Our content, your license

Every presentation, question bank, blog post, and other material on the Site is our original work and protected by copyright. Nothing here transfers ownership to you — you only receive the limited license in Section 3.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to: try to bypass our content-protection measures; share your account or purchased access with anyone else; use the Site unlawfully; or interfere with the Site's normal operation.

9. Disclaimer

Our resources and lessons support your studies, but we can't guarantee any specific exam result or grade. The Site is provided "as is" — we work to keep it accurate and available, but don't guarantee uninterrupted access.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability to you for any claim relating to the Site is limited to the amount you actually paid for the specific resource or lesson the claim relates to.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the update.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
